Hot Market in Coquitlam
I'm currently working with a terrific young couple who are looking for their first place. The entry level real estate market in Coquitlam is incredibly hot, if you don't get in right away you'll miss out on good listings. Nice to see this type of market after some very challenging times. This sort of activity at the entry level might indicate the market getting stronger higher up the chain.
